hello all,

on april the 6th 2007 Matt Nadin, Michael Sharman, Craig Kent and Alfie the dog are walking 188 miles for charity (to raise money for matts step daughters football team(barnsley ladies under12's, to take them to America to play in the all america cup!) the walk will take 7 days and will involve us sleeping in a tent, carrying 3 stone packs and cooking all our hot food!!! the walk starts at whitley bay... we will then walk 27 miles onto hadrians wall. day 2 will be walking along hadrians wall! day three we move north to gretna (scotland) day four takes us to the town of dumfries, day five sees us just south of castle douglas, day six takes us around the coastal roads of south scotland finishing up in newton stewart and day 7 sees us on the last push! we (hopefully) finish in portpatrick on the south east coast! so thats what we are doing now what you can do! we are looking for sponsors LARGE OR SMALL, we need £8,000 to pay for the kids to go to america (the adults are paying for themselves) we have just over £2,000 already but are struggling for the rest! we are asking for £1 or £2 - whatever you can spare.
